RESERVATION / ROOMS

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

We will confirm your booking as soon as possible through your e-mail and we will include the total cost of your stay. During peak seasons or when disponibility requires it, payment of Guarantee Deposit could be required through credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal.

GUARANTEE DEPOSIT:

- Stays from 1 to 4 days:	Advance payment of one night
- Stay 5 or more days:	Advance payment of 25% of the total reservation

After payment of the guarantee of reservation will be sent by email to CONFIRM your reservation.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS - LOW SEASON

- More than 2 days before arrival:	Refund of the Guarantee Deposit
- 2 or 1 days before arrival.	Payment of the first night.
- No show:	Non refund of the Guarantee Deposit
- Departure in advance :	Payment of an additional nigh

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION OR MODICATION - LOW MEDIUM & HIGH

- More than 7 days before arrival:	Refund of the Guarantee Deposit
- From 7 to 2 days before arrival:	We keep the deposit for one year
- No show:	Non refund of the Guarantee Deposit
- Departure in advance :	Payment of an additional nigh
