BOOKING CONDITIONS: We will confirm your booking as soon as possible through your e-mail and we will include the total cost of your stay. During peak seasons or when disponibility requires it, payment of Guarantee Deposit could be required through credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal.

GUARANTEE DEPOSIT:

- Stays from 1 to 4 days:	Advance payment of one night
- Stay 5 or more days:	Advance payment of 25% of the total reservation

After payment of the guarantee of reservation will be sent by email to confirm your reservation.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

- More than a week before arrival date:	Refund of the Guarantee Deposit
- Less than a week before arrival date:	We keep the deposit for one year
- No show:	Non refund of the Guarantee Deposit
- Departure in advance :	Payment of an additional nigh
